Answer: My passion for connecting people comes from a deep belief that no one should feel isolated or unsupported. From fostering over 20 children to working with veterans, entrepreneurs, and riders, I’ve seen first-hand how life-changing the right connection can be. My long-term goal is to end homelessness by building sustainable, supportive communities—and every introduction I make is a step toward that bigger vision.
Answer: To me, they are one and the same. Connection is the foundation of change. Whether I’m introducing a high-net-worth individual to an entrepreneur, or building communities like MotoKind, my focus is on creating networks of support. By weaving people together around shared values, I believe we can build solutions that address root issues like homelessness in a way that is lasting and human-centered.
Answer: It’s about listening and understanding. High-net-worth individuals are increasingly looking for opportunities that align with their values and create legacy, not just financial returns. Entrepreneurs are driven by vision and innovation. My role is to bridge those two worlds—finding alignment in purpose as well as profit—so the connection becomes a long-term, trust-based partnership.
Answer: MotoKind is the first visible expression of my bigger mission. It starts as a movement for riders—creating belonging, workshops, and community—but the real vision is to use it as a blueprint for wider social good. By proving that a membership-based model can create both joy and impact, MotoKind becomes a stepping stone to building self-sustaining communities that can eventually tackle bigger challenges, including homelessness.
Answer: They’re essential, but not just financially. The right sponsors and partners bring credibility, visibility, and resources that allow projects like MotoKind to grow while keeping access affordable or free for those who need it. I view sponsorship as a collaboration—it’s about aligning with businesses and individuals who genuinely want to create social impact, so the partnership benefits both the community and the sponsor.
Answer: The biggest challenge has been holding a big vision while building the first steps in a practical, tangible way. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when you want to change the world. I’ve overcome this by focusing on one community at a time—like riders through MotoKind—while keeping the bigger mission as my compass. Collaboration, feedback, and staying grounded in purpose help me move forward every day.
Answer: I see myself building a global network where introductions create real-world solutions. My role will continue to evolve beyond business into impact—connecting people, ideas, and resources to tackle challenges like homelessness, social isolation, and community wellbeing. The future of connection isn’t transactional; it’s transformational, and I want to be at the forefront of that shift.
Answer: I hope to be remembered as someone who created spaces where people felt seen, supported, and connected. For entrepreneurs and investors, as someone who sparked opportunities that grew into something greater than profit. For riders, as the founder of a movement that gave them community and purpose. And for society at large, as someone who played a part in ending homelessness by proving that connection is the foundation for change.
